Introduction
In an organisation it is important for the management team to analysis the work place and
attitude of their employees. The major factor which may affect job satisfaction and
organisational commitment throughout the growth and success of companies. This is one of the
psychological concept of an employee, that can be understand and related to different motivation
and different factors for affecting job roles and responsibilities (Burić, Kim and Hodis, 2021). In
this report different attitude of an employees in work are mainly related to major factors to
motivate the employees. Which actually work as per positive and negative factors as a result for
their own jobs role and their consequences. All of these are related to growth of organisational
departmental and related to employee's own success and growth.
What does motivation means
Motivation is all related to processes that actually help the employees to initiate, guide
and maintain the work culture which help the organisational behaviour their own relation.
Motivation involve biological, emotional, social, cultural and cognitive forces which are related
to different orientation behavioural approaches. The use of motivation within an organisation is
all related to improve efficiency, make appropriate actions, remove unhealthy behaviour of
employee and make more approachable customer in the cost of different activities and their
liabilities (What Is Motivation?, 2021). Motivation is basically very important and helpful for
the growth of organisation and a motivated employee performer very well and productive
approach within their organisation that basically related to different approaches.
One of the important theory which shown the value of motivation within organisation is
Maslow's hierarchy theory (Chorlton and Smith, 2016). Which basically define the stages of an
employee's need starting from physiological need, safety need, belongingness need, Self esteem
and self actualisation need. These need help the employees to work and manage as per the basic
need and accountability of an organisation and manage as per their own service environment.
These are subdivided into two type of motivation approaches:
Extrinsic Motivation: This is related to that approach related to outside services, like
gift, trophies, money social recognition and praise. All of these are comes under the
physiological and belongingness need of maslow. It is related to different extrinsic
