INTRODUCTION
Oral assessment refers to the process which is common in the education system and comes
in many form. Under this process students speak and gives the evidence about their learning. This is
somewhere different from interviews because under interviews there are structured questions but in
the oral assessment there are not structured questions. This kind of procedure gives instant reaction
and responses to the assessors. There can't be false reports and plagiarism. This procedure perfectly
compliments with practical assessments. Whereas presentation is a means of communication that
can be adapted for addressing a group, in a meeting or briefing a team. Presentation can become
effective when proper methods, planning and procedure has been followed. (Khawaja, S.N. and
Scrivani, S., 2019) In this report analysis has been done on the challenges faced by organisation for
managing the employment relation and also research has been done on improving the employment
relations within the organisation. TESCO is a British international groceries and general retailer. It
is currently operated in different 11 countries becoming one of the world's largest retailers. It has
diversified into different areas such as retailing of books, clothing, electronics, furniture, toys,
petrol, software, financial services and internet services. TESCO is listed on the London Stock
Exchange.

employment relationship within the workplace
Organisation have to face various kinds of problems in managing the employment
relationship within the workplace. The kinds of difficulties faced by organisations are listed below:
The procedure of termination: It is one of the major challenge faced by the HR Managers is
to maintain the principle of natural justice. TESCO has terminated those employees who
does any illegal activity, misconduct, stealing, false usage of company's property. That's why
company has taken strict actions with regards to their employees. So it becomes a very
difficult situation for the organisation to deal with it.
Sexual harassment at workplace: Sexual harassment of women at workplace act, makes it
mandatory for every employer to constitute a internal complaints committee which consider
the complaints made by an aggrieved women.(Ghanem, and et.al., 2015) TESCO has
conducted employee assistance programme to give information, advice, training and
services to their employees so that colleagues can deal with it.
