Introduction
Boost juice bars is into the food and beverage industry of Australia, and the company
was founded by Jannie Allis in the early twenties or in 2000 (Juice, 2020). The company has
its headquarters in Chadstone, Melbourne and the area served by the company is vast,
including many other international countries like India, New Zealand, Chile, The United
Kingdom and many others. The first store of this company was situated in a location near
Adelaide, South Australia. Boost juice bars specialize in selling varieties of fruit juices and
smoothies to its customer, thus quenching their thrust (Juice, 2020). This report will discuss
the current marketing strategies and policies undertaken by Boost juice bars, SWOT analysis
of the company, implementation of the strategies adopted by Boost juice bars in relation to
the climate change and sustainability and finally the sustainability of Boost juice bars.
Marketing strategy to Boost juice bars
The main focus of the marketing process is to provide a shape to the organization and
satisfy the customers (Fahmi, Fathoni and Harini, 2019). For any organization, the core
concept of the strategy related to marketing is the execution of the marketing mix for the
enhancement of sales of the current product (Lee, Reynolds and Kennon 2003).
Boost juice was able to enter the healthy fast food market, man focus being on
building a brand that provides healthy living in a way that is tasty and fun at the same time.
Boost juice uses real fruits and vegetables which was unique and different from others. This
helped in giving a shape to the company. All the products manufactured by Boost juice is
reviewed for its quality of nutrition and taste, thus offering a deep assortment to the
consumers consuming the products from this company.
The main strategy that helps Boost juice bars in having an advantage over others is
that the customers can make a customization in the product and meet the dietary requirements
