effective anti-inflammatory which can be act as the painkiller and can help in preventing the loss
of cartilage (Levin and et. al., 2020). This is the one which can be highly effective and can allow
to get better health impact on individual with any type of inflammation or pain. Arthritis is a
medical condition in which there is swelling along with tenderness of one or more than one joints
within older age people 50 above (Scherer and et. al., 2020). This can have different cause where
one of the main cause is the joint pain along with stiffness which get worsen with time and age.

frankincense which is a resin herbal extract from the tree of boswellia. This resins are used as the
natural medicine practices which are associated with using from different centuries (Kumar and
et. al., 2019). It has high effectiveness on the inflammation and help to get removal of pain
through the body which are generally caused to the patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Arthritis is
mainly cause due to inflammation in joints which are effective and can cause lead to cause pain
and get worsen with time. Here, Boswellia is the extract which is anti-inflammatory in nature

It is also recommended to use the intake of Boswellia which can be effective and allow to
get better response towards the delivery of getting better positive impact on the older people over
50. It effective can be observed after 4 week of continuous dose within limits. There can also be
some risk which are associated with taking care of patient needs and their dose with better
impact.
