Introduction
Background of the study
Development of the branding in the organization is considered as the key in order to drive
the customers to the business. It is also important to focus on the consumer resonates with the
brand that is likely to purchase again. Hence, creating loyal image for the customers ensures the
continued success as well as assist in driving sales of the products as well as services provided
can be helpful for the organization (Ramanathan, Subramanian & Parrott, 2017). The Pareto
Principle has stated it that nearly 80% of the future revenue of the organization will come from
20% of the customer base.
Justification
In other words, brand loyalty has an important role in order to increase productivity of the
business as it shows interest of the consumers towards a specific brand. It helps to develop
imperative that concentrates on developing loyal and retain customers for long time. Hence, it is
important to emphasize on improving brand loyalty for the organization.
In the research, Critical literature review, methodology, findings from secondary
research, discussion of the findings, conclusion, recommendations and limitations are presented.
In the study, secondary research analysis will be done based on the topic. It includes critical
literature review regarding the previous literatures and developing proper understanding
regarding the significance of brand loyalty and enhances business productivity.

Brand loyalty can be defined as the positive feelings for a brand as positive feelings for
brand as well as dedication to buy the same product and service repeatedly for present as well as
future from the particular brand. Brand loyalty is the procedure where people purchase products
and same manufactures repeatedly. In addition, it is important to improve the process. On the
other hand, brand loyalty is considered as tendency of the customers to buy the products and
repeat the purchase process for the procedure (Saeidi et al., 2015). On the other hand, it is
