Executive Summary
Communication is considered as the key for getting all leaders, employees and overall whole
departments on the same track in working toward business objectives of the organization.
Therefore, it can be said that communication has a very important role in developing an
organization and in maintaining positive working environment in the organization. Hence,
breakdown problem in communication can have the ability of derailing an organization from
the track. There are several issues such as uncertain reporting relationships, diversity problem
in culture and language, poor condition in culture and indecisive leadership that can be
considered as the core factors in breakdown and overall that can be very helpful in preventing
the breakdown in communication problem of an organization.
Background
Problem regarding breakdown in communication has also been observed at the Access
Wimbledon that can be learned from the given report. Issues such as diversity in culture and
language among employees, uncertain reporting relationship and indecisive leadership
problem that have been created at the Access Wimbledon can have such negative effect in
business communication (Owen, 2015). Development in culture and communication than with

of various cultures across the whole world (Samovar, 2015). Therefore, many British
employees have the intention of not accepting the employees who already have different
culture and language. Hence, a huge problem regarding breakdown in business
communication has born in the organization that can create huge negative effect in the
organization.
Indecisive leadership:
Indecisive leadership in all around the organization can really have the ability of creating a
negative atmosphere in the organization that may cause breakdown in business
communication. Leadership quality is needed to be so perfect that it can easily handle various
difficulties in the organization (Sayles, 2017). Maintaining the proper relationship among the
all employees in the organization is also needed to be observed by the leader. As per the
report, the leader of the Access Wimbledon need such improvement in his job role to
maintain the overall performance and relationship of the all employees that can be very
effective in preventing the breakdown problem in business communication.
All of these issues are observed during the investigation process that is held by the
organization for preventing the problem of breakdown in business communication. By
analysing the whole problem, it can be also considered that the organization should take
necessary step for resolving this problem regarding breakdown in business communication
which may affect the whole system of the organization.
Recommendation
Resolving the breakdown problem in business communication can be considered as very
effective and essential for maintaining the review of the organization and for maintaining the
relationship among the all employees. For resolving this type of such great problem, it is
necessary to implement new policies and theories regarding business communication such as
Cultural studies, cultivation studies, communication accommodation theory, agenda setting
theory etc in the organization for making the employees understand the importance of

hand, the leadership quality of Access Wimbledon needs such improvement that it can easily
maintain the relationship properly among employees in the organization. All the activities of
