INTRODUCTION
Individual report is a kind of essential document based on specific topic or subject that
provide overall information that a person read and use to response. The current assignment will
be based on specific statement that will be discussed referring to appropriate court decisions that
support argument based on Brexit.
TASK
Discussion based on statement that is “UK has left the EU and will once again be free to make its
own laws, post the Brexit Transition period”.
The privilege to do jobs and staying in Britain and EU is come to the finish. United
Kingdom national from now will require the approval for visiting to the EU for staying in the
state for more than 90 days in the time period of about 180 days. Now they are not part of the
European Union. The Great Britain is now allowed to have its own trade policy can arrange deals
with new nation. The Great Britain will departure from the European Union on the day of 31st
January 2020, following the full and final confirmation of the removal consent. UK will then get
in the transition period. This small-time period is given as the concern of the Removal agreement
and its last day will be 31 December 2020. Till then, everything intent to be the usual enterprise
for the nationals, customers, organisations, financiers, students, and researchers in some place
European Union and UK. There was always tension and complication between the UK and the
EU from the beginning of the relation. It ended when the Prime Minister David Cameron's
declaration in the Feb 2016 there will be no vote to take decision whether the UK will be the part
of the EU or leaves it. The votes were practised on June 23, 2016. There were 52% of votes that
chose to leave the EU. Formal communication about how will this be preprocessed in Feb 2017
(Oxford 2018). Later on when legislative assembly approved the governance to start the
procedure. Brexit changed the description of the formal state connecting the UK and the EU and
puts London's spot as a world economic centre into the doubt. It forms new trade limitation
linking the UK and the all over the EU. This is the few of the important effects of Brexit. Brexit
was backed up by a very small amount of peoples in the 2016 votes. Simply influence is
continuing to increase from that time. It is most commonly supported by the traditional or
democrat voters but it also had a huge back up from the people who have low salary and less
talented voters that feels left out from the European Community ever-changing economic
system. The UK is already troubled from the Brexit. The economic system is slowed, and several
