The project title is Brisbane Airport's new runway construction and it is deployed for aligning
with the effective and improved communication with the deployment of the workings. The
completion of the project would result in developing the new runway at the Brisbane Airport,
Australia. The construction would be helpful for aligning with the involvement of the workings
for forming the implication of the improved functional development (Liu, Fellows and Chan
2014). The airport had old structured airport runway and it would result in decreasing the
effective runway for the flights. The project would ensure that improved construction workings
would be aligned for developing the renovated runway structure for the airport. The project
workings are responsible for the completion of the effective resource use for developing the final
project workings. The implication of the project management practices would support the
continuation of the project workings favouring the implication of the successive activity
development. The project plan development would be aligned for implying the use of the project

2.0 Explanation of Project Justification
