INTRODUCTION
The liver is one of the most vital organ in body which is responsible for various
metabolic process. Liver is an organ which is large is size as compared to football. It sits just
under rib cage on the right side of abdomen. The liver is usually based on various function apart
from this. The liver is also essential for the digestion of food and ridding body from the toxic
substance (Caballero-Mateos and et. al., 2017). As per the above caste study this is analyse that
liver disease can be genetic and manual. Liver issue can also cause by various factor which is
able to damage the liver, such as by viruses and over consumption of alcohol which tend to
change the metabolic process and this can be caused by obesity. In this reports, the discussion is
based on a case study in which the portion is cover are liver functions and dysfunction and
circumstance which is being shown as per if the patient is being suffered from pre, intra and post
hepatic disease or no disease. Also cover most likely liver disease and suggest the causes of liver
disease. This reports also mentioned about diagnose pattern.

The liver regulated various enormous function which is most associated with chemical
levels in the blood and excretes product called bile. This carry unwanted product from liver. All
the blood go through the stomach and intestine and then they passes through the liver. The liver
processes this blood and breakdown, and ultimately balance and create nutrient and other factor
which is responsible for liver function (Campos and et. al., 2019). In addition to this, liver also
play a vital function in drug metabolism, liver are responsible for first past metabolism. As per
this the concern is about liver usually more and more function perform in a single day. They
eradicate various unwanted particle of material which is act as pathogen in body. They play
function more than 500 which is been identified with liver. Overall, there are some function
which is mentioned below:
Production of bile from liver, which help to carry out the waste and break down fats from
the small intestine while digesting of food.
Production of essential protein which is for plasma of blood.
Production of special protein and cholesterol body which is responsible to carry fats.
This also help in the conversion of glucose into glycogen for storage and to balance and
make glucose as needed for body.
