INTRODUCTION
A project proposal is a plan that used to reassure a sponsor of the need to kick-off a proposal
to fix a particular business issue (Brustbauer, 2016). It explains in depth how the proposal will be
started so the promoter will recognize what's going early on. This project plan based on the
development of new product in the market and how project manager take necessary steps to
execute their planning. This assessment covers the several topics such as project scope,
objective, key stakeholders, and team structure and project budget. In addition, it covers work
breakdown structure, project timeline, project sign-off, evaluation etc. These components help in
preparing effective project proposal which attract the sponsors and helps in executing plans.

Project Details
In this project planning, company introducing new project in the market such as Tesco
Plc introduce energy drink in the market. Introduction of this product help the organization to
maximize their product demand which automatically maximize the profitability.
Executive Summary
This study covers the each and every aspect which required at the time of introducing new
product in the market. For the expansion of their business operations, Tesco introduce new
product that is energy drink but before launching this into market, managers need to evaluate the
proposed risk and in future it will beneficial for the company in terms of profit or not.
Purpose and Objectives
Purpose of this project is to ensure that, introduction of new product in the market is
feasible or worthy for the company (Bodnar and et.al., 2019). By intruding this energy drink in
the market, management wants to increase their market share by 5% and profit margin up-to 10%
in the next financial year. Purpose of intruding this energy drink is to increase variety in their
range of product which they offer the customers to satisfy their needs.
Project Scope
Project goals are to generate more revenue or get growth in the beverage market through
selling energy drinks. Tesco offer high quality of product with healthy and taste drink and they
