Project Scope
To introduce the product into the international market with the means of creating a new
website. The project is undertaken with the objective to bring about a change in the ongoing
business processes. The project is based on the strategic moves. The use of IT field is
undertaken and given much of the focus on. The help of engineers, technicians the local
authorities are undertaken to overcome with situations. The very purpose of the project is to
enter the new market segment and to successfully place the product within the market. The need
to make changes in terms of product promotion is required. Hence, we formulate a new strategic
plan to build a new website and convey not only product related information’s but to also make
the international boundary aware of the product segment.
Introduction and background
Projects have several characteristics:-
