The scope of the project is to design and improve the official website for Cinnamon Spices
To be completed for all projects.
. The scope of the project is to complete the website design in $45,000 and within 4 months. The
company sales their products through offline stores healthcare and supermarket stores. In order to
handle the increasing demand of the customers the company is willing to implement a website through
which they can sale their products online as well. The strategic need that the company requires is
implementation of the website consisting four pages home page, about us page, product detail page and
contact details page. The other scope of the project is to increase their sales rate by creating brand
awareness and earn an average annual income of $80,000. The company is also interested to sale their
product outside Australia most likely in Hong Kong Japan, Singapore.
Introduction and background
The rationale of the project is to develop a website for the customers to give anytime and anywhere
access to products details and their price as well. Due to guaranteed quality herbal product range health
conscious people are getting attracted to the products of Cinnamon Spices. In order to expand the brand
awareness and sale herbal products even outside Australia the online product delivery option was not
available for Cinnamon Spices earlier which was a major issue. With the successful design and
improvement of the official website the company would be able to sale products online. The website
development project has to be completed followed by four phases.
