which has been operating for decades. The firm is currently dealing in high powered, along with
sports utility cars, which have diverse categories, as well as high manufacturing capacity. The
firm’s vision is to be the most successful organisation in the country within the automobile
sector, along with encourage and enthuse the products and service users through providing
offerings which are highly exclusive and valuable products which give the customers with
enhanced satisfaction.
As for its management structure, the firm owns more than 1,000 employees who are
responsible towards effectively and appropriately managing the whole production, distribution

structure, where divisions such as marketing, operations, production and manufacturing, finance
and HRM are very well segregated and each division has their own appropriate leaders, who are

all these products at a very high and desirable state.

and generate revenue for the firm.

and quality of the product which they
acquire from the organisation.
Basically, they want an offering
which is a value for money for the
amount which they have spent in its
purchasing. Furthermore, they seek
highly differentiated, as well as high
quality offering which is safer to use,
comfortable and affordable as per
their desire.
GOVERNMENT Another external stakeholder,

agencies, organisations and
associations which are responsible
for making laws and legislative
practices which Holden has to
follow while dealing their products
within the market.

regarding the work of this company

obeying the laws associated with risk
and safety of individuals or not.
