of the WHS act. This penalty would apply to employees, consultants and any other
employees or visitors to the place of work. The lifting of the penalty would see freedom
of consultation, advice and even reproduction of copies of the Act (AICPA, 2016).
Allows unlimited access to the place of work by WHS permit holders to enable access
and inspection of any suspected forms or acts of contravention of the law
