Answer- For Tasmania, Australia WHS, Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 were
amended in the year 2021 December.
It came into effect on 1/1/2013 and the main aim of the act is to enhance health consciousness in
the nation and providing strong norms (Borchers-Arriagada, et.al. 2020)

Answer- The policy is laid down to grow management consultants so can hike their security
measures. for ensuring safety of workers in the nation it was essential for the government to
come up with such regulation which can trunk out better results. To provide healthy and safe
workplace is a burning responsibility so with this regard fabrication of such law was essential.
encouraging active participation of employees and hiking cooperative practices in organisations.
reducing possibilities of risks at workplace in order to make it safe and attractive place to
inculcate efforts.
For example- Grow management consultants which is having business of management
consultancy. there are number of people working with different designation such as CEO,
Operation manager, Senior management consultants, and some other officers of administration.in
the entity CEO identified areas and applied norms and practices suggested by WHS act 2012
(Pascoe, Hutton, 2020)
Q3 Outline the factors that must be taken into account in determining control measures for
hazardous manual tasks as stated in the model Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011.
Answer- Hazardous manual tasks are such tasks which are performed by a human being by
using its manual efforts. such as using parts of body, making move, holding any objective etc.
these activities are known as manual tasks. in short pushing, lifting and pulling are part of
manual tasks. work design, or work management, tools, objects handled, physical work
environment, work tasks, etc. are to be considered.
