Performance objective
The objective of this unit is to understand the need for all employees to be
organised, focussed and skilled, in order to effectively manage their work. The
unit focuses on setting and meeting work priorities, analysing information and
using range of strategies to develop further competence.
Assessment description
Scenario:You have recently joined “Coffeeville” in Customer Service department and have
been asked by your Manager to go through company policies and procedure to
understand your work role.
You have been asked to prepare a portfolio of evidence that you need to collect
from intranet of Coffeeville in regards to work priorities and professional
development opportunities at Coffeeville. You also need to compile your current
profile which should include your SWOT analysis and training needs that shall
help you to understand your work role at Coffeeville.
