Research process incorporates scope of sub exercises like evaluating data, finding it at
perfect place, analyzing it viably so as to acquire required result of the proposed results in
appropriate manner. In setting of this present research investigator has followed compelling
exploration process that incorporates fundamental stages, for example, determination of research
topic, formation of appropriate aim, development of objectives and questions, execution of
literature review, Data collection tools through primary and secondary sources, analysis of the
information, conclusion, recommendation and reflection based on investigators own experience
(Joslin and Müller, 2016). This is the primary procedure that gives clear direction to the
researcher which underpins them in finishing overall investigation work within the given time
frame.
3.2 Research approach
There are principle two kinds of research approaches that are implemented

3.3 Research strategy
In the implementation of a research the fundamental consideration of a researcher
is to make an appropriate selection of research strategy, for the purpose of assisting the overall
investigation in suitable manner to drawn valid and reliable results. This is principally performed
through questionnaire, interview, survey, case study, focus group and so on. Therefore, In the
present investigation survey is being utilized by the researcher with the collaboration of
designing questionnaire (Lee, Shiue and Chen, 2016). Thus, this is recognized to be the best way
to conduct primary research. The primary explanation for utilizing this technique is to get
enormous data from focused group. Along with this, this tool is effective in gathering
information from a wider population within a limited period of time, therefore, this is a less time
and cost consuming process.
3.4 Research methodology
It incorporates different tools and methods which are incorporated by the
researcher for executing the whole investigation in viable manner to drawn valid results (Shanker

in definite way:
Type of Investigation:
Quantitative and subjective are two primary types of examination which helps agent in

to help the general work in right way to draw legitimate and dependable outcome. Research
configuration is for the most part of three sorts like expressive, exploratory and test examine

it is viable in leading definite assessment through deciding the qualities of a particular marvel.
What's more, graphic research configuration is huge for quantitative examination.
Research philosophy:
In a research this considered to be the most imperative area of an investigation as it
mainly encompasses over positivism and interpretivism philosophy, therefore, the selection of
philosophy is based on the type of investigation (Hughes, Rana and Dwivedi, 2020). In the
context of this present investigation positivism philosophy has been applied by the researcher as
it is significant for conducting exploration over quantitative research and also effective in
providing data in numeric forms, thus this source is significant in providing detailed information
that are incorporated over actual figures.
Time frame:
This essentially indicates the real time limit that is taken for performing research in
enough way. To direct present research adequately researcher has utilized Gantt chart which is
for the most part used to present the all exercises of research alongside beginning and completing
time (Nævestad, Hesjevoll and Phillips, 2018). This mainly plays a significant role in assisting
the whole investigation in systematic manner to moving ahead to complement the work with
analysis of issue in appropriate manner.
3.5 Research instruments/tools
Data collection is considered as the technique through which researcher accumulates
appropriate data from various sources. Fundamental information collection techniques are
encompassing over primary and secondary aspects. Primary technique for information
assortment viably gives fresh and actual data to the researcher which is totally based on real
findings. This is so in light of the fact that researcher cannot be able to drawn valid outcome
without the support of primary research (de Sousa Jabbour And et. al., 2018). On the other side,
secondary source for information assortment is the one where researcher assembles data from as
of now led inquiries about or distributed information. This technique is reasonable for gathering
detailed information within lesser time period. With respect to this present investigation work,
to help the general work in right way to draw legitimate and dependable outcome. Research

of now led inquiries about or distributed information. This technique is reasonable for gathering
detailed information within lesser time period. With respect to this present investigation work,
information has been assembled through essential and auxiliary wellspring of information
assortment devices. Essential examination is for the most part executed by means of the help of
executing study in which poll is being created to accumulate data from the assessment of
respondents (Domínguez-Escrig and et. al., 2019). On the opposite side, auxiliary examination is

3.7 Ethical implications
Generally, the success of present exploration totally depends upon sources that
have been received by researcher for reaching at appropriate results and findings. Alongside this,
it tends to be additionally said that researcher is required to perform all the investigation under
the line of research ethics, in this way it is required for the examiner to follow explore morals for
the goal of helping the entire work in right way without confronting any issue that influences the
general working of research (Manley and Valin, 2017). Research additionally needs to guarantee
their respondents about the wellbeing and security of their own data, or the analyst need to
oversee time to finish the work in productive.
Chapter 4: Data Analysis and Presentation
Data analysis and presentation are recognised to be the most imperative area of an
