PART 1: INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, the demand for high-quality human resources in the modern digital business is huge
and is spread throughout the world. So that many companies are getting increasingly interested in
digital business. This is also the reason why many universities in Viet Nam have been built foreign
training cooperation programmes to catch up with the world's advanced education. As a result,
studying Digital Business is more and more popular.
What is a digital business?
The definition of digital business is the creation of new business models that link people and
enterprises to the things that produce revenue and efficiency. Traditional company models can't
give new business prospects or value chains, but digital businesses can.
In relation to the topic of digital business, we have a related concept known as digital
transformation. In order to achieve success, all countries must appreciate the digital transformation
environment and trends
PART 2: MAIN CONTENTS
2.1. Describe the various digital approach used by companies.

The essential push for digital approaches is the combination of cloud computing, big data, AI,
and the Internet of Things. A corporation could decide to go digital for a variety of reasons.
However, the most plausible answer is that they must: It's a life-or-death situation. In the aftermath
of the epidemic, a company's ability to respond fast to supply chain disruptions, market challenges,
and rapidly shifting customer expectations has become critical.There are three essential sites that I
describe in this assignment: Transactional e-commerce sites, Service-oriented relationship-building
websites, Brand-building sites, Publisher or media sites and social network sites.
The first one, A transactional e-commerce site is one that allows customers to buy products
online. The sale of these things is the site's primary source of revenue. Customers who like to buy
products in person will benefit from the websites because they provide information. Among these
are retail sites, travel sites, and online financial services. Customers can search for, order, and pay
for goods online, and consumers can call the company for after-sales services. Consumers can
search for, order, and pay for goods and services online, and customers can contact the company for
after-sales service. Transactional websites could be organized or be on and can execute complete
final purchases through the website. Most transactional websites save time and money by
connecting the transaction process with side services include accounting, inventory, order
administration, delivery and fulfilment, marketing, customer relations, web analytics, and many
others. Some example of this sites are: Amazon, Agoda, Tiki , Abay and Shoppe.
The second one, A relationship-building website that focuses on customer service and delivers
information to stimulate purchases and relationships. The vast majority of items are not yet
available for purchase on the internet. Customers can get information from the website and e-
newsletters to assist them make educated purchasing decisions. The most important contribution to
the company is encouraging offline sales and generating inquiries or leads from new customers.
Existing customers benefit from these websites since they give specialized information to help them
