The Bungalow Project is developed for constructing a bungalow on the strip footings by
aligning with the construction project management principles and techniques. The project would
be completed in order to develop the final bungalow construction for activities. The project
would support the alignment of the effective and smart development activities for aligning with
the utilization of the successful building construction. The following are the goals and objectives
of the project,

The Bungalow Project is developed for aligning with the development of the successful
integration of the construction project. The construction project principles and techniques would
support the alignment of the improved project construction and development. The Bungalow
Project has the primitive goal of constructing the bungalow in the estimated time duration and
budget. It would align the construction of the building by aligning with the development of the

Product Needs: The construction of the bungalow would involve the listing of specific
bungalow for the lines of the alignment of construction. The construction of the bungalow would
include the strip footings, double brick veneer, and timber studwork. The bungalow wall
construction would involve the utilization of the external development model. The utilization of
the constructed walls would support the development of the effective and improved analysis of
the specific construction project activities. The floor development would support the
infrastructure development of the bungalow. The deployment of the effective structure for the
bungalow would support the alignment of the effective construction of the building.
Product Description: The construction of the building would be aligned with the successful
alignment of the operations and formation of the successful development of the activities. The
development of the bungalow would be aligned for the alignment of the functional development
of the construction activities. The construction of the bungalow would be supported by the

labourers and tradesperson. The completion of the project would be financed by the loan from
the banks as the bank would plan the role of investor in the project.
