The chosen company is BUNI travels for analyzing the working styles and performance of workers(Chu and Jang, 2022). It is the tenth largest tourist destination in United Kingdom. This report will be covered various techniques and tools which is essential for improving organizational performance, role of workers well being in improving motivation and performance and also includes a PESTEL analysis for the organization as an appendix of the report. The report is prepared on the basis of analyzing secondary data which includes newspapers, journals, magazines, books and others. What tools and techniques will help improve organisational performance? It is a tool which is used by BUNI travel for improving the potentiality, ability and performance of their employees in various ways which are explained below - Effective utilization ofKey Performance indicator. With help of this method organizationareabletoanalyzetheoverallperformanceoftheiremployees effectively. In this way company easily identifies the problems of each workers in their work place area within low time. In context to BUNI travel, management must facilitate complicated and challenging assignments to their employees. Because due to analyzing complicated task, their problem solving ability and other talents are highly developed for long duration. After the overall development of employees they are get ready to handle any type complicated situations and customers easily. Other one isperformance appraisaland it is also the another type of method which is applied by organizations for increasing the productivity of employees (Dao, 2021). In this method senior officers monitored the performance of lower level of employees instrictmanner.Therefore,strictnessarehighlyessentialforsustainingthe productivity of employees in long term. build between customers and producers which leads to increase the company profit at large scale. Due to taking feedback from the customers and with their employees company easily understand that in which areas improvement are needed. In this way the values and productivity of workers are easily sustained for long duration. In context to BUNI travel, management must analyze the feedback of their employees effectively which is received from their customers. Then according to that benefits are provided to their employees without any type of discrimination. MBO (Management by objectives)and in this method little bit difference are there in comparison with other tools (Li, Wang and Hong, 2021). Because in this technique specific standards and objectives are already decided by top level management in their services and products. With help of these standards and objectives organization are facilitating their quality product to customers in the form of ticket and beneficial offers like holiday trip in fast manner. In context to BUNI travel, for maintaining these standards company must facilitate proper instructions to their workers which leads to increase their success rate atmaximum level. For that purpose company must identifythe talent and skills of their new and existing employees effectively. Providing decent financial support to workersand it is the highly effective technique in comparison with others. Because in this technique financial benefits are provided to their workers from higher authorities for long time according for their theirachievementandperformance.Duetofacilitatingfinancialbenefitstheir motivation level are highly increased and employees do their job roles with more interest and passion. In context to BUNI travel, management always facilitates higher financial support to their employees in the form of inhand salary, bonus, increments and others. It leads to increase the employees productivity, ability and potentiality for long time. In this way the resources of the company are utilized in optimized manner from their employees which leads to increase the organization goodwill between customers for long time. Improving employee engagement –When employees get friendly atmosphere then definitely they are able to do their work with full confidence and energy (Luna- Arocas and Danvila-del-Valle, 2021). Due to this productivity and work efficiency of organization are easily increased at higher rate.In this way they also get attached to company's missions and vision emotionally. With help of emotional attachment their motivation level are also enhanced for accomplishing company goals in day to day functions. In context to BUNI travels, management must engage their employees in various activities by assigning challenging task and also facilitates health benefits to them. Due to providing health benefits workers always do their work with happy feeling and without any fear for long time. Maintaining employee trust and loyalty towards company –Workers who have better idea about the business they definitely get with various health perks such as comprehensive health plans and nutrition program. Due to receiving these health plans from organization, the lifestyle of the employees are totally changed.Due to their changing lifestyle employees feel happy and put effort in their job role. In context to BUNI travel, they must provide flexibility or options to their workers which includes exercise program, game activities and others. In this way their passion and interest are easily sustained in their work for long term which leads to increase their productivity effectively. 5
High morale of employees –Here organization are recognizing the efforts and achievement of the employees which leads to develop the strong relations between employer and employee. The programs of wellness which is conducted by company shows that lower level employees are always valuable for top level management for sustaining their vision, mission and objectives in long term, In context BUNI travel, authority must always facilitate importance to their employees in their work and also in the form of fulfilling their basic requirements in time. Due to fulfilling their basic requirements and providing value to their work employees financial, physical and mental health are easily sustained in positive manner for long time. In this way the moral of the employees are highly motivated in their job role for long time. Appendix A PESTLE analysis for BUNI Travel It is a technique which is used by organization for analyzing the macro external factors effectively ((Stanton, 2021). These type of forces are not controllable in nature which includes political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal. Political –It is concerned with those factors which effects growth and performance of organization politically. It includes government rules and regulations, government policies and others. In context to BUNI travels, authority must follow government policies of United Kingdom. It includes inquiry and complaint policy, safety or security policy, insurance policy and others. Out of these insurance is a highly reliable and effective policy which is mostly availed from customers during the time of traveling from bus, flights, trains and other vehicles. In this way political relations are maintained effectively between company and government in positive manner. Economical –It is related to those factors which effects the company economically which includes inflation, interest rates, wages of workers etc. In context to BUNI travel, travel agency is the best business which is highly helpful for tourism industry The main reason for occurring fluctuation is that in various countries currencies are also different. Due to this company faced lot of problems for providing best quality services and offers to their customers in time. It leads to decrease the productivity 6
and performance of organization at higher rate. In context to BUNI travels, for reducing the fluctuation problem, management need to sustain their maximum or average price in their product and services for increasing their revenue effectively. Butduetokeepinghighfairchancesarealsoincreasedforreducingtheir productivity level. Social –It refer to those factor which effects the organization socially and it includes family, social class, culture and subculture and others (Sugiono, E., Nurwulandari and Khairina, 2021). In context to BUNI travel, management must increase the availability of their new services and products in both offline and online mode. Due to diversification the choices of the customers are also easily fulfilled in time because here convenience are highly increased for users to buy the product in low time. In context to BUNI travel, they must diversify their services according to the desires and needs of the customers which leads to increase their reputation level at large scale. Technological –In this stage advanced equipment's and software are used by organization for run their whole organization functions smoothly (Wau, 2021). In context to BUNI travels, they must use various apps and official portals for facilitating their services to customers in fast manner. Because in today's time various types of apps are highly used by all categories of customers for searching information about the product. According to the current traditions travel agencies are responsible to maintain effective communication with all categories of company. It leads to enhance the convenience of users for availing their services in low time. Environmental –It refer to those factors which effects the organization naturally which includes increasing of pollution, population density and others. In context to BUNI travel, management must utilize advanced and eco friendly vehicles such as electrical bikes and cycles. The main benefit for utilizing these vehicles is that pollution are easily decreased at Zero level. In this way all living organisms get pure oxygen for long time.Due to facilitating eco friendly vehicles and beneficial schemes to consumers corporate social responsible are fulfilled effectively. Legal –It is connected with government regulations and legal norms which effects the performance of organization legally and directly. Conclusion After the analysis of above informationis concluded that effective performance plays the major role for in the success and productivity of organization.Due to receiving financial benefits the loyalty of lower level employees are highly maintained towards company in long term. The combination people and performance are also helpful for sustaining positive relations between employer and employee for long duration. 9
