INTRDUCTION People basically refer to the employees who contribute their full effort in their job role with help of using their own ideas, talent and skills. But performance is basically refers to the process and in this process senior officer always monitored the work of lower level workers. Performance is also defined as in which way employees complete their task systematically and in low time.(Farr, Otto and Szymczak, 2021). The chosen company for evaluating the performance of employees is BUNI travel and it is the tenth largest tourist destination in UK. This report will have prepared on the basis of analysing secondary data which includes journals, books and magazines. This report will be covered various tools and techniques which helps to improve organizationalperformance,rollofemployeeswellbeinginimprovingmotivationand performance and include a PESTEL analysis for the organization as an appendix for your report. TASK Tools and techniques which helps to improve organizational performance The tools which is used by the BUNI travel organization for improving the ability and performance of their workers are - ď‚·Firstly, KPI and it stands forKey Performance Indicator. It is an effective tool which is utilized by organization for measuring the performance level of their workers (Guzun and Robu, 2021). With help of using this technique company easily identifies their problems and analyse the areas where improvement is needed (Guzun and Robu, 2021). In context to BUNI travel, they must increase the performance of employees with help of providing various case studies and challenging task to them. Due to facilitating challenging task decision making, problem solving ability and fluency of speaking of employees are effectively improved for long time. In this way the popularity of their agency are effectively spread in various locations for long time. ď‚·Secondly,performance appraisal. It is defined as a process which is effectively utilized by organization for increasing the productivity and work efficiency of employees. In this process the work of the employees are strictly monitored by the top level management on regular basis. In context to BUNI travel, it is necessary for management that they must maintain transparency and fairness in their business activity. Due to this strong positive relationship are maintained between employee and employer or employee and customer

In context to BUNI travel, management must use this method for taking feedback of their employees from various customers then, according to that benefits are provided to workers without any type of discrimination. Due to taking reviews from consumers and others, employees always fulfil their responsibilities in effective manner which leads to increase the portfolio of organization. Fourthly,MBO (Management by objectives)and in this method specific objectives and standards in their service and product are set by organization. For example delivering their product in the form of tickets to consumers in time through digitally. For sustaining thesestandardsandobjectiveshigherauthorityprovidedclearguidancetotheir employeeswithhelpofeffectivetraining.Duetoprovidingproperguidanceto employees’ company easily achieved their vision, mission and objectivesin short duration. In context to BUNI travel, management must properly identify the talent and skills of their new and existing employees effectively. Then according to that company assign the task to all categories of employees which leads to increase the productivity of firm at large scale. Fifthly,Providing financial rewards to employeesand it is the most effective strategy in comparison with others(Hoffman and Tadelis, 2021). Because in this method financial supportareprovidedtolowerlevelemployeesformseniormanagement.Dueto facilitating financial support motivation, interest and passion level of workers are easily enhanced within organization. It leads to increase interest and passion of employees towards their job in long term. In context to BUNI travels, authorities must provide good salaries, incentives, bonus and others benefits to employees in time. When organization are providing decent wage to their employees then, definitely coordination between employees are effectively increased and task are finished in time.

In this way their performance and productivity are boost at maximum level. High employee moral -As company recognize the employee achievement and efforts, it make workers fell emotionally attached to peers (Mauludi, 2022). The wellness programs shows workers that company value them as a human being. It enhance their morals and also keep them around for a long time period.In relation to BUNI travel Agency, its employees fell more valued and competent as their need or requirements are met with all the levels, including mental, physical and financial. Its employees with a high morale are motivated engaged and efficient.

The main advantage for using this type of vehicle by organization is that pollution are highly reduced in atmosphere. In context to BUNI travel, it is necessary for authority that they must always maintain health and safety at work act and always provide best quality service to their clients according to the terms and conditions of the UK government. Because travel agencies are mostly connected with various associations which includes Association of British travel agent and others. Due to connection with these type of agencies and government management always run their fictions in legal manner.

CONCLUSION From the analysis of above information, it is concluded that good performance is a mandatory concept for any organization.
