INTRODUCTION
International Management refers to a management of business operations in a particular
organization that attends markets and operating functions in more than one country. It involves
understanding of international economics, competitive change in corporations and creating
operational strategies for global market. The aim of the project is to project present the cultural
issues in international environment. Organisations aim to grow internationally in order to expand
market and grab opportunities to ascertain high level of profitability. There are allot of many
issues comes in while taking lead into international market. Cultural barriers, contradiction of
legal policies and other business related factors are the major concern while doing international
business(Bagdadli, andGianecchini, 2019).. This report is going to present the critical
evaluation of Deutsche bank of group; it is the largestfinancialinstitution of Germany and has
other offices in South Africa, Shanghai and Brazil. Thebank provides many of banking facilities
into many countries. The report is going to explore these four countries by pulling out the issues
and factorsface by the bank into international market.

Any business organisation who worked into international market and look for
diversification is affected by cultural disparities and issues in to corporate level. The cultural
issues comes within the environment of organisation and the economic stability of the country
looking for expansion. Therefore there are national cultural characteristics that define what
factors could impact on corporate organisation.
High and low context culture: High context culture described as a way of people
communication which shows how did successfully deliver their ideas and thought into the
society. Similarly in low context culture, the way of communication needs to be quite clear and
attractive that clarify the aim of the message conveyed by the sender. In this type of culture no
information could be assume and require justification about the beliefs and morals(Luburić,
2019). For example many organisations of Food Industry like Tesco Supermarket Walmart are
facing no of low context culture due to having large requirement of advertising where people
