justification of small business as well as their business processes. In this report mission, target
and strategy will describe for the Uncle Jon’s Café. This report will explain about the business
planning and management strategies. Uncle Jon’s Café is famous in the city and it has two
branches in the city. One of the branches is situated in north part of city and one is in south part
of the city. It is having multi services for their customers with some unique products and
services.
Uncle Jon’s café is famous for fast food and coffee in the city. Most of the customers are visit
this places because of coffee and unique fast food. Uncle Jon’s café is properly managed with
different services. They provide their best efforts to customers. Café is having different services,
such as order, billing and many others. It is highly notice though their services and products.
It is situated in Adelaide city of Australia. It also provides home delivery of different products on
customer’s request. They are providing fresh food and good quality of services. They also
maintain their quality.
1.2. Mission, target market, and strategy
Mission: Business is requiring best strategies for handling different issues and challenges of
market. There are many strategies for development of business. It is necessary to understand
market requirement then create new business processes that will provide a value and growth of
organization in future (Anderson, et al., 2009).
Mission of Uncle Jon’s Café is providing best services and products to their customers and make
café as a brand in the field of food chains. They have a vision, which is provide best facility to
their customers and make ourselves an international brand. Top management is having different
missions for fulfill their vision.

Café requires digitalization in many business processes. However, technological changes are cost
effective but they provide huge benefits to the organization in long term. Digital technologies are
beneficial for the business processes. Therefore, organizations should merge their current
business processes with technologies (Bharadwaj, et al., 2013).
Café is considering target market and provide best services to their customers. Feedback of
customers are providing business to company and it is a best policy for marketing. Mouth
marketing is better for small businesses. There are many challenges for food cafés. Therefore, it
requires better strategies for handling competition.
Business strategies are providing different opportunities to the organization. Organization is
having different barriers for getting success. Therefore, business model innovation is used for

things, which are business goals, stakeholders, and business steps. Café is having different
missions for fulfill the vision of organization. They already have two branches in same city.
Now, they want to open different branches in city as well as international market.

with Uncle’s coffee, Uncle’s pizza, and many products. They are having restricted stakeholders

communities, media, political institution, employee union, and environmental organizations.
Commercial enterprise must have a strategy to implementation and execution. There are special
techniques for target marketplace as well as getting successes in business. These seven factors

and they can order anything from the menu. Café is serving welcome drink to all the customers
