activities in more than one home country. Thus, provides access to customers in order to give
more than one opportunity to develop and cater product and services to full fill the needs of

The present report is based on business activities of Nestle, it is global leading brand
engaged in clothing, furniture, beauty, wine and grocery products etc.
Furthermore, this report is based on to identify the ways that supports to have
improvement in process of recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet
international requirements. Thus, aim and objectives needs to be framed in order to cover the

have improvement in transportation, technology, competition and capital flows etc. It aids to

The present report is based on to determine the impact of globalisation on multinational
corporation in order to reach at the global level. In this report, I have used number of research
methodologies, the interpretivism philosophies has been used to have better interpretation of
elements of study. On the other hand I have used inductive approach so that generalised
conclusion can be drawn.
In addition to it, descriptive research methdologies have been used to gather detailed
report of the topic of research. Therefore, I have used qualitaitive technique with help fo
thematic analysis so that better observation from repsondendt can be conducted. On the other
hand, I have used sample random technique so that with help fo adopting proper sample size the
analysis and interpretation can be collected.
