Topic- How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of
their employees to meet International requirements.
INTRODUCTION
Globalisation refers to the process that assist the companies to enter into international
market to carry out their business activities. The multinational companies are those which
operates their functions in different countries to enhance their profitability by performing their
day to day operations (5 benefits of international expansion. 2017). This study is based on Nestle
which is involved in food processing industry operating in different countries and provide
products such as baby food, coffee, dairy products, ice cream etc. This research study will
provide understanding about the research requirement of multinational companies regarding
recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet the international requirement. It
will include the aims and objectives which will be framed on the basis of the topic provided.
Also, it will provide the research methods used for conducting this research.

P1 Description on project aims and objectives for chosen topic.
Globalisation defined as process that refers as to intensification of economies, social,
political and cultural relations across international boundaries (Venkateswar and
Bandyopadhyay, 2016). The main aim of this is to deal with increasing breakdown of trade
barriers and also enhance integration of various firm to meet international requirements.
Therefore, it can be stated that international trade and cross border investment flows are crucial
elements of this integration. With help of being globalised, the multinational firm can have
expansion in profitability and productivity.
The present report is based on to determine the impact that how multinational companies
improve the recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet International
requirements. Without being globalised, the firm cannot run its activities effectively. This report
will help the researcher to get the depth insights about the impact of globalisation on working of
enterprise. Therefore, aims and objectives of this research topic has been formulated as-
Aim: The main aim of this research report is “To Investigate the ways to improve the
recruitment, selection and training methods to meet international requirement.” With
reference to case study of Nestle.

Secondary Aim- The main aims is “To explore the challenges of multinational enterprise to
implement the process globalisation in order to meet international requirements.
Objectives-
To articulate the concept of globalisation and its impact on multinational corporation.
To determine the beneficial aspects of globalisation over the working of multinational
enterprises.
To recommend suggestive measures to provide better ways to improve recruitment,
selection and training methods in order to have international expansion.
P2 Define project management plan that includes time, cost, communication and quality.
The project management plan is a document that defines each phase of project. There are
number of component and these are as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling
and closing. In addition to it, it is formal and approved document that aids to conduct, monitored
and controlled. These are defined in below contexed manner as-
Scope- The main aim of project management plan is to determine the impact of multinational
companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet
International requirements (Waddell, 2017.). Thus, all activities are must be competed within the
set deadline. In this, aims and objectives of project are needed to be focused so that all functions
relates to research can be carried out specifically.
Cost- The estimation of cost is crucial in order to carry out research activities. It is core part of
project management plan. To carry out the research activities effectively, the project cost will be
as £50000. Thus, it should be frame with inclusion of expenses, resource cost etc. It is must be
broken down into the labour cost, impact of assets and direct expenses etc. with help of
estimation of cost the project management activities can be carried sown effectively.
Time- The all activities in project must get completed within the set deadline. Thus, schedule
must be framed with help of tools as identifying variables, due dates, key information like budget
etc. In addition to it, deadlines and deliverables are needed to be made so that team members be
assured to competed it. To get this project done, researcher will take 40 days.

Quality- The research report quality must be maintained and all things needs to be controlled
and monitored before final submission. Therefore, it is essential to maintain the relatability of all
information.
Communication- The communication is essence to carry out all activities effectively. In
addition to it, project performance documentation aids to provide relevant information to
stakeholder. Thus, all information relates with project must be given to person associated with
this report.
Resources- The number of resources will be requires as man, labour, capital etc. This all leads to
carried out activities effectively and efficiently. Thus, formulation of better team member is also
considered as essential component.
Risk management- This is activities that relates with collecting in-depth information and it
mainly affects the varied project variables and individual feasibility. Therefore, risk management
plan must be framed so that all activities can be carried out effectively.
P3 Produce work breakdown structure and Gantt chart to provide time-frames.
This is term that is defined as project management and system with help of it deliverable
oriented breakdown project will divide into smaller components.
