Therefore, improvements might be made in the fields of macro and micro environmental analysis of the organization in order to identify the prospects of growth in the industry. Market Overview The understanding of the market segments would assist the organization in upholding the efficacy of the marketing initiatives in accordance to the needs of the consumers (Kozlenkova, Samaha & Palmatier, 2014). The research projected the different elements of the marketing 4ps in order to assess the capabilities of the organization while proposing their offerings in accordance to the demand faced by the same.However, it is noted that the promotional factors that might be commenced by the organization for making the consumers aware were not discussed in the plan. Lack of promotional practices might affect the capabilities of the organization in ensuring customer awareness. Therefore, the assessment of the employee capability and the policies relating to training, workplace safety and other regulations has assisted in upholding the efficacy of the practices.However, it is also noted that the human resource plan did not incorporate the staffing needs of the organization the major steps that might be commenced by the business while recruiting the new employees. It has affected the quality of the HR plan through lack of suitable information on the different practices that might be commenced by the business. In this connection, the plan must be induced with all the relevant information that might be commenced by the company’s HR personnel in order to adhere to the staffing needs of the venture. Action Plan Overview The action plan that was framed in the report clearly articulated the different activities that might be commenced by the business in order to retain the competitive edge. However, the responsible person for undertaking the operations is not delineated. Golicic and Smith D. (2013) stated that the delineation of the action plan helps an organization in undertaking the processes systematically. Therefore, the enumeration of the action plan at the end of the research would assist to develop the processes in accordance to the sustenance of the business.
