Introduction and company overview
The concerned organization, Reson8, aimed at providing a platform to the music fans
through which they might experience and engage with different undiscovered artists. The report
critically evaluated the mission and vision of the organization and aligned the activities ‘that are
commenced by the business in order to empower the processes. The research also enumerated
the government regulations and the industry trends, which has shaped the operations of the
business in accordance to the needs of sustainability. However, while undertaking the industry
overview the report focused little on the environmental factors, which affected the understanding
of the competition that is faced by the business. Therefore, improvements might be made in the
fields of macro and micro environmental analysis of the organization in order to identify the
prospects of growth in the industry.
Market Overview
The understanding of the market segments would assist the organization in upholding the
efficacy of the marketing initiatives in accordance to the needs of the consumers (Kozlenkova,
Samaha & Palmatier, 2014). The research projected the different elements of the marketing 4ps
in order to assess the capabilities of the organization while proposing their offerings in
accordance to the demand faced by the same. However, it is noted that the promotional factors
that might be commenced by the organization for making the consumers aware were not
discussed in the plan. Lack of promotional practices might affect the capabilities of the
organization in ensuring customer awareness. Therefore, the promotional factors might be
discussed in order to maintain the completeness of the plan and facilitate the systematic
functioning of the marketing 4P initiative. Alfes et al. (2013) stated that market assessment
