Prepare use case description for system.
The use cases are typically written by enterprise analyst which can be employed during various
stages of software development such as planning, validating design, testing and also creating
online help and user manual (García, 2020). In some situation, it can be recorded the flow of
information by using diagram which providing the brief idea where how Forest company will use
system to manage their wooden product as well as service in global marketplace.

Description The use case is mainly representing the overall
business activities where how customer use
system to purchase different wooden items. In
order to take better services because many
prefer to choose wooden item which always
attract a lot of people.

Flow of action The organization use the new system to update
details about wooden harvesting and other raw
materials. It became easier for customer to
check the availability of product as well as
services.
