This dissertation proposal focuses on exploring the suitable leadership styles in managing teams in big retail, specifically Walmart. It aims to determine the importance of leadership styles in enhancing business productivity, performance, and customer and employee satisfaction. The research objectives include understanding the conceptual framework of leadership in the retail business, identifying suitable leadership styles for higher growth in Walmart, assessing the impact of leadership style on customers and employees, and suggesting effective measures for managing teams in Walmart. The study also includes a literature review on leadership styles and their significance in business operations. The research provides valuable insights for businesses, individuals, and Walmart in particular.
