Answer to question 1
A researcher collects primary data directly from the original source. Data is obtained
through observation, face to face interview or telephonic interview, and electronic mail services.
A research can get accurate outcome if biasness is eliminated in a proper way. The following
reasons can be highlighted to fetch out the benefits related to the primary data collection. First, it
is possible for the researcher to interact directly with the respondents (Levashina et al. 2014).
This makes the respondents more understandable regarding the purpose of the research work.
This further turns the research work more productive. Second, the primary data collection
through interview method is considered to be more authentic rather than secondary data. Primary
data set is considerably more reliable.
Meanwhile, the researcher may desire to swift the outcomes owing to having the financial
pressures. It is obvious that the researcher incur relatively higher cost during the primary data
collection method. A researcher should have the strong financial strength to conduct the primary
data collection as it compromises the transportation and logistics expenditure (Amaya et al.
2015). Henceforth, government organizations or large corporate houses prefer to conduct
primary data collection as they do not require to the sizable financial pressure.

The following drawbacks a researcher can during the course of interview. First, human
error is the common phenomenon when human interaction happens during the course of
interview. The interviewers may become biased for any participants focusing on the certain
conditions. Second, the selection of the focus group is done in favor of the researcher. The
opinions of the focus group then hamper the researcher to probe into deeper analysis. Third, the
