Business involves buying and selling of goods as per trade so that owners can substantial
amount of profit in order to get return on it. It involves factors that are internal and external
so that they can analyze the market and work as per the satisfactory levels of their
stakeholders in order to deliver them as per their expectations. Owners of the company needs
to be innovative and assess the trends as per the environment. General Motors Company is an
American multinational corporation headquartered in Detroit, Michigan they are known for
the design they build and the safety their car offers to public. and sells financial services, with
global headquarters in Detroit's Renaissance Center. This report highlights issues such as
types and purpose of business. Size and its scope with relations between different
departments in order to achieve objectives of company. Pestle and SWOT analysis and
Strength and weakness interrelate with external macro factors.

Public Company-
This form of company believes in breaking and distributing their ownership into parts
so that they can get investment from their shareholders. This is the same method implied by
management of NHS. They have listed their shares openly in market. In order to register it as
this form of business they need to make sure that they must have at least 7 members and there
is no limit to highest of them. In order to register their company, they have worked up all the
details and fulfilled it as per legal guidelines.
Private Company-
Companies such as General Motors are example of private companies as the strategies
used by them are aggressive and their motive is to earn profit so that they can achieve growth.
In order to register it as private company they have fulfilled the requirements for it. They do
not have the option to transfer their shares because of their form of ownership. This is also
done to keep the measures of company safe. The directors of the company can be decided to a
limit of 2 persons and none of them are allowed to work independently (Ištvanić, Crnjac
Milić and Krpić, 2017).
Voluntary Company-

can help them find candidates who appreciate team work and with the help of their skills they

Marketing with Finance-
One of the most crucial aspects of business in order to maintain their flow of activities
funds is required by business. This goes for team of marketing as well because they have to
work as per the budget designed by financial department. If the budget set by them is less
then the promotional activities used by them will not be able to make an impact on their
audience. This will create difficulties for GM when they have to raise capital from market.
This is one of the few reasons that both of the departments have to work together and take
