Business case analysis is related to not only the business structure and the governance of
the selected organisation but also encapsulates the environmental factors, risks and business
practice that the organisation follows. The importance of a business case analysis is to get a brief
information regarding different types of activities that the organisation practices and its impact
on the future business sustainability of the organisation as well. In this context, this essay is also
going to describe different business activities of Adani, Australia and tries to find out the
determinant factors that influence Adani, Australia in course of its business activities.

Adani Group is a multinational conglomerate that established its business profoundly in
the Australian market with a multi-dimensional energy and infrastructure service provide
