to be skilled and talented communicators to perform well with effective way. Ideal
characteristics are essential for the business. It provides many benefits to the business to achieve
goals to complete the task and bit the competitors (Wang, 2016).
Online communication: Analysis of this factor provides positive results to the business. This
component helps to discuss the knowledge, ideas, and opinions in front of the other members.
This factor spread knowledge through group discussion and meetings. It provides various types
of opportunities. Online business communication offers various opportunities for managers.
Electronic communication takes little time, reduce the risk of time-consuming methods and
deliver the information faster. This method is a systematic form of communicating with people.
It is a strong and effective method and shows the idealistic characteristics of the business. It is a
useful tool which is applied by the company. Some software is used by the managers, and
conducts the meeting for the team as a whole in fewer seconds. It does not require a physical
location. So, in that case, it reduces the costs which are invested in transport and attend the
meetings (Goldberg, 2014).
