Business communication is termed as a
procedure in which individuals operating
their functions in organisation exchange
information with each other. This process
effectively aid entity to accomplish their
goals in effective manner.
Language Barriers: This is a form of
barrier that can hinder communication
process. This barrier arise when
individual use different set of
language and if there is an effective
form of communication measure
prevailing in organisation that affect
receiver ability to understand the
information.
Psychological Barriers:
This form of barrier prevails in
physical state of receiver, for example
if a receiver have hearing issue then
this create problem to them to
effectively understand the message
which sender is trying to convey. It
impact upon organisational
communication process in adverse
manner
