more clearly to the other fellow colleagues in the workplace. The intercultural
communication will helped me in discouraging the discrimination as well as racism at my
workplace and this helped me in maintaining healthy communication with fellow colleagues
as well.

In my workplace, where I am presently working a new employee has recently joined
in the Human Resource Department where I am working as well as head recruiter. On the
first day of joining, there was a huge miscommunication between the new joinee as well as
another employee of marketing department.
The conflict happened between them as there was language barrier between the
employees. I understood the situation and this made me feel that I need to talk with the higher
authorities in order to take some charges against the employee of the marketing department as
the person had no right to abuse someone regarding the language. On that specific point of
time, I handled the situation by making the marketing department guy understand about the
intercultural communication. I requested the employee of the organization as well to properly
behave with other employees who are from different cultures or backgrounds as well.

on the employees as well as on the productivity of the organization as well. An employee of
the organization faced a problem regarding the deductions in the salary that has been made by
the management and the respective employee did not communicate properly about the issues
to the Human Resource department as well. The employee suffered different issues due to
gap in communication that has been caused. When the employee complained about the issues
that has been caused to him regarding his salary, he did not receive the desired amount of
salary, however no importance was given to the case as he did not communicate immediately
after the incident has taken place.
The higher authorities in the organization had told the employee of my organization
that he should have informed immediately after the incident has taken place and not waiting
for this much time to convey this message. I feel this is the example of gap in the process of
communication and this has huge effect on the organization along with the employees of the
