It maintains the standard as well as interaction with every way of expressing the growth can be set. This is one of the complex process that manages the framing and implementing every systematic communication. Few of the main theories of the organisational communication are mentioned below briefly: Adaptive structural theory-It is one of the most effectual theory of the organisational communication. As in this, it concentrates on the structure of communication way in which every worker are focused in interacting with the technological aspects in which digitalisation is included. Moreover, it concentrates more on the adaptation of the technologicalmodificationsintheworkplace.Thisrespectivetheoryinvolvesthe integrationoftechnologywhichassistthefirmtomanagetheirprocessof communication. Team learning theory-In this theory, employees of the company establish an effectual interaction by appropriately listening to all. All the people offers their own ideas, thoughts and opinion regarding overcoming the several conflicts in the company. It assist them to enhance their performance as well as productivity in the attainment of their task.
In addition to this, main aim of this theory is to make the working environment more healthy in the company by concentrating more on to their goals instead of their personal objectives. In case of the Brit tech few of their main barriers which they are encountering is mentioned below briefly: Physical barriers-This barrier refers to the physical disarray and some of the outside components from the atmosphere of the company which may impede in the smooth flow of interaction. At the time of COVID, workers are not comfortable in order to travel in any type of public transport because of the spread of virus and also to the hygiene issue. In case of the company Brit Tech, the workers of the firm are not willing to take the public transport as they are afraid of getting infected of this virus. Emotional barriers-Workers of the organisation feels that their productivity has increased because working from home instead of working from office. In context to the Brit tech, staff of the firm majorly preferring function their work from home as they think that their productivity has increased because of the flexibility in it.
