INTRODUCTION
Business communications refers to the process of communicating information between the
company or outside. The chosen firm of the report Learn English UK. It is the English language
student that is situated in Manchester and London which have around 1000 students attending
per year. The study will explain the analysis and discussion of questions that are based on
general theories that are used by the organization at the time of communication. Along with this
it will evaluate the different barriers that are faced by Learn English UK. Lastly it will also
include the strategies that are made by the company to overcome with these barriers.

The different type of communication theory for the organisation are:
Oral and written: Exchanging different information, ideas and messages by speaking is known as
oral communication. Giving information, opinions and ideas in written or printed form is called
written communication. Both oral and written communication is important at the organisation
because it will help the individual or employee to understand the information quickly and more
accurately. It is also important for every person with this they can coordinate with other person
in good manner by making them understanding what is the main point or the information they
want to convey. It assists to resolve group conflicts by face-to-face communication It will also
them in many ways that is at the time of social gatherings, family time and professional career.
Oral communication will help them to communicate with their colleagues by exchanging the
each contributor point view that is heard and expressed. It is guaranteed form of communication
to solve the issues at the time of passing important information
Writing communication will make them more confident about what they want to write by
answering the questions with their own opinions (Bolton, Murray and Fluker, 2017). This is
crystalline form of communication as it will help the individual to react on their own words or of
others. By this individual can also learn how to think in critical way.
