higher level is only through the business communication in the organisation. After all this
processing, these basically helps in improving all the organisational practices and at the same
time also makes the environment very comfortable for all the employees to work upon and keep
motivated them to accomplish the goals of the organisation as well as their personal growth
(Aquino, 2022). It is said that the internal business communications are a very core thing in any
company’s success. It basically affects everything which includes even the employee’s happiness
and also the customer relationships and the brand identity which includes the net revenues. There
are four types of business communications which are the upward communication, downward
communication, lateral communication and the external communication. In this report of
business communication however, the communication theories which takes place when the
changes occur has been discussed along with the examples and the recommended solutions for
them.

a direct report to the higher manager, and from the lower manager to a top-level executive. this
basically allows you to communicate in the organisation from the lower level to the higher level
of the organisation (Baldacchino, 2022).
DOWNWARD COMMUNICATION: this type of business communication flows from the
management for the direct reports. In this the higher authority talks to the lower management
about the organisational goals and the works to be done.
LATERAL COMMUNICATION: lateral communication can be defined as the communication
which can be done across the departments and thee employees of the organisation and the
management with equal status which are within the organisation.
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION: it refers to the information which came from the inside of
the company to the outer of the organisation which generally incudes the customers, investors or
the vendors and many more (Bhusal and et. Al., 2022).

The more I make the presentations and will do my tasks and keep practicing on it, it becomes an
