In the covid pandemic all the companies have found out different methods for communicating with the users.
Organizations can use telecalling ,telemarketing with emails mode, social media and third party operations for video
conferencing.
Communication can be verbal, written and electronic like messages ,emails, telephonic calls, teleconference, voice mail and hand
written notes.
Because of this communications it can have various effect than old face to face meetings(Bannier, Pauls and Walter, 2019).
It is important for the person for implementing this in the company strategy, advices and trainings because they are permanent,
recorded and found simply.
There is no issue in the communication form whether in the present chronic covid pandemic state of affairs or not.
The covid pandemic has reduced the many businesses of the organizations and many have closed the business.
