INTRODUCTION
 Business communication is defined as
the process which is related to the
sharing of information among the
people that can be within the company
or outside it. The business
communication is considered effective
when interaction is made between
employees and management for the
achievement of organizational goals.

1.1 Business communication during a global
pandemic and the potential issues
 The recent pandemic COVID-19 has changed the way in which companies
communicate to its customers. In order to communicate effectively, companies
can adopt a business communication plan at the time of crisis such as-
1. Developing the crisis management team
2. Monitoring of updates and communications from your industry association and
public health organisation
3. Development of the plans for organisational functions
4. Creation of the external communication plan for the customers and partners
5. Taking an active role in the community

1.2 Communicating with employees about
significant company changes.
 Employees are the asset to organisation and therefore it is important to keep them
updated with all the changes that is happening in the company. . The company in this
context adopted certain strategy for communicating the change-
1. the honest and clear communication
2. Extra care when company change is communicated
3. Provide an overview to the employees for what is in the change for them
4. Setting of the expectation that is associated with the communication of the change
management

1.3 Negotiating an international and cross-
cultural IT business deal
 Negotiating the cross cultural business deal: the cross-cultural negotiations are
generally in context to the difference in culture. The effect of this will have direct
connection with the issues of communication and also the increase in possibilities
of misunderstanding(Mahadevan and Reichert, 2021). Negotiating the international
business deal: international business negotiation is referred to as the intentional
interactions of two or more social units that originated from different nations. It ha
s been observed that “negotiation is both an art and science”.

1.4 Ethical issues in business communication.
 In complex business environment, various ethical issues are faced by the
business in communicating irrespective of its size or legal form. Some ethical
issues faced-

2. Diversity issues
3. Decision making issues

CONCLUSION

has covered the potential issues that were faced at the time of
