INFLUENCE OF CULTURE IN COMMUNICATION Culture is considered as the one of the important factor which influences communication at work place. In relation to the Rushmore Hotel, its staff member belongs to different culture whose first and convenient languages are also not same. It states that culture difference becomes language barrier of the employees as if the staff member belongs to different culture and they will notbe able to discuss their problems with the colleagues.
