Introduction
Business communication is the process of communicating within an organisation
with different people of organisation. It is essential that business communication
will be in formal way where all required information is passed within the
employees of organisation. It also consist of communicating with those people
outside the organisation which is related in the success of company. It helps the
company to reach its organisational goal on time. The following report covers
process of communication, impact of effective communication at workplace,

Process of communication
Step 1- Idea Formation- In this stage idea is formed in the minds of sender that what
message they want to convey to other person. This stage also decides the selection of
medium of channel of communication that whether the communication take place orally, in a
written form or by other medium.
Step 2- Message Encoding- Here, the idea encoded into words, symbols, body language and
many others. Here, sender must know the receivers skills of understanding communication
and then according to this they can convey the message which can be understood easily by
the sender.
Step 3- Message Transmission- It consist of choosing the medium to transfer message like
through face to face or through digitalization like telephone, email and many others. In this
step message passes through the selected medium.
