INTRODUCTIONCommunication is said to be a process that is used for transferring and deliveringmessage between a sender and a receiver. Thus, it is a two way procedure and it can be throughverbal or non-verbal to establish a relationship (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2016). Therefore,it is considered as an effective tool for working relationship. This report will focus on variouskinds of theories related to communication along with its model. Furthermore, oralcommunication and the way through which a candidate present himself or herself is included inthis report. Lastly, skills of writing communication with the help of letter, C.V. And many otherdocuments are mentioned in this report. TASK 1Communication models and system used in businessModel is considered as an idea or thought through which one can frame and design aprocess for evaluating conclusion. Further communication model can be classified into three thatare explained below in order to understand it effectively.Linear Model: It is determined as the simplest one way communicating model in whichmessage is directly transferred from sender to receiver (Certo, 2018). Feedback concept is notincluded in this kind of model therefore, the only work that is to be is to receive message by thereceiver. Various models that are included in this are as follows:Lasswell's Communication Model: This model is also know as action model andit was developed by Harold D. Laswell in the year 1948. It is considered as mostinfluential communication model (Schermerhorn and et. al., 2014). Therefore, itis divided into 5 components i.e. who(this includes communicator, sender andsource of message), says what(content of message), in which channel(medium ofmedia), to whom(audience or receiver), with what effect(in this feedback ofreceiver is send to sender). Aristotle's Model of Communication: This model is best known for oralcommunication and it is primarily divided into 5 elements that are Speaker(he/sheplays an important role in communicating with other person), Speech(through thismedium an individual can deliver his/her message), Occasion(this involvessituations and targeted customers), Audience(they are considered as an passive1
