Business communication skill as defined is a most important technique that helps the
organisation to achieve its objectives easily. It defines the ability of employee to convey
information to another effectively and efficiently. If the information in the organisation has
to be shared effectively among the employees then the managers has to develop a good
verbal, non verbal and written communication skills.

This helps in facilitating the information between managers and its employees. This
presentation helps the HR manager to identify common barriers and challenges to
communication, and the strategies that would help them to over come the barriers to
effective communication. This presentation would also help them to identify the ways that
would influence the communication in the organisation.

between the team the flow of information gets
broken. In many communication that happens
the message may not be received or may get
failed to be delivered to the end user.

• Reasons that are identified as the challenge in effective communication are:
• Language: it is one of the main barrier that is influencing the flow of information between
the employees and the managers.
• Cultural barriers: This arises because of diverse culture in the organisation.

barrier.
• Lack of common experience: This is great idea to identify and explain the stories while
communicating with the team.

the targeted profit. As in the sports love organisation it is seen that employees faces
problems to effective communication the strategies that would be used to over come the
problem includes:
• Eliminate the differences in perception: The HR manager should ensure that they are
recruiting the right person for the job.

• Use simple language: The communicator should use simple and clear words while
communicating which helps the listener to analyse the task and the information that hjas
been communicated to him easily and effectively.
• Simple structure in organisation: the structure in an organisation should be made in the way
that it is not complex at all.
• Give constructive feedback: The HR manager should avoid giving negative feedback as it
will help them to motivate the employees.

Culture is one of the factor that influence the communication in the organisation. It defines
the way in which people thinks, acts and interact. Culture influences the behaviour and the
reaction of the employee while communicating. It is a primary element of communication
in the business environment.
