This paper has focused on the challenges faced in improving performance and productivity in
companies in the business world. Employee empowerment has been an effective tool in order to
enhance organizational performance. In this case, Commonwealth bank has been facing
challenges in over to manage their employee engagement and performance of the organization.
This paper has helped in understanding the solution related to the employee engagement. Data
has been gathered using quantitative survey conducted with various employees. The analysis of
data has helped in understanding solution of these issues related to organizational performance.

This paper discusses about impact employee motivation on organizational performance in the
financial sector. Commonwealth Bank has been down in their performance in recent years.
Therefore, this research paper has helped in discussing about this problem and employee
motivation as the solution. Data has been collected from staff of four sampled financial
institution. The findings revealed that managerial standards, motivation, commitment and
employee evaluations to be the main factor and solution to these issues. The study shows the
impact of motivation on organizational performance as improving employees’ level of
efficiency, helping employees to meet their personal goals, employee satisfaction, and helping
employees bond with the organization.

employees in the company. Therefore, this research has helped in understanding the solutions of

employee motivation and employee performance has been influenced by means of their detailed
knowledge. Human resource management has been one of the newest approaches for personal
results in different spheres of life. This research has helped in defining various terms including
age, education and seniority and their impact on the level of employee motivation. Motivation
has been one of the important elements of human resource management. Other factors that have
been affecting employee performance have been abilities, knowledge and skills of employee
determining performance of organization.
