Communication is important to be carried out so that
business activities are carried out in proper manner. In
reference with Dream Air, they face many
communication barriers & challenges in their business.
Language barriers - It is defined as barrier between
communication between two individuals who are
unable to speak common language. There are many
causes of language barriers like difference in languages,
regional ascents, no clear speech, use of jargons etc.
Dream Air face these languages barriers as employees
in management rarely speak Vietnam local language.
Emotional barriers- These are also being considered
as blocks to effective communication as these includes
anger, pride, anxiousness which have negative effect on
human mind. Thus, it creates difficult to communicate
with others.
Common challenges-
Lack of information - This is most common challenge
which is faced by Dream Air as because they do not have
reliable information regarding employees, customers
which makes it difficult for them to carry out business
processes in most efficient way. Without information, it is
difficult to make decisions appropriately.
Poor customer service - Due to lack of high skilled
employees & resources it is not possible for company to
provide high quality service which is negatively affecting
the firm goodwill. Due to poor customer service, firm is
gradually decreasing its profit ratio. Moreover, most of
the employees do not respond to customer’s feedback.
Poor customer service leads to negative brand positioning
in mind of end users.

To have an effective communication, it is necessary for
Dream Air to implement effective strategies so that it is
easy to carry out proper communication. Therefore,
certain strategies are mentioned below-
Tolerance - It is most appropriate form of strategies as
because when customer’s complaints or find any issue
subordinates have need to tolerate their behaviour. With
help of tolerance, it is easy to understand customer’s
preferences. In business, it is essential to tolerate
different type of behaviour so that issues do no arises.
Respect- In this, by giving respect to every
individual & customers conflicts can be reduced at
depth. It is duty of manager to make ensure that
every language is being respected by everyone in
management.
Culture awareness
It is defined as getting along with being ware about culture
differences with aim of communicating message properly. It
assists in analysing different cultures point of perspective
through which communication is carried out without facing
is issue or problem. Therefore, Dream Air need to be aware
about cultures so that strategies are adopted accordingly.
Tourists - Culture awareness is necessary for every
organisation as it assist in tourist attraction because of good
working environment. Moreover, with help culture
awareness tourist demands & requirements are being
understood properly.
Eye contact - Another way of improving communication is
that, they should be eye contact to everyone while
communication so that message is being transmitted
effectively. This also leads to analysing of individual
behaviour while communicating a message. It is important
to have direct eye contact for removal of barriers.
Emotional barriers- These are also being considered as
blocks to effective communication as these includes anger,
