The report is based on narrating on the ‘Report Outline and Resource Analysis’ done
in the previous assignment 2A. With the help of this report, all the useful resources which
have been analysed in the previous paper will be explained in detail. In doing so, the chosen
topic chosen social media communication will be discussed from all possible perspectives. In
this context, the report is going to demonstrate suitable research skills while critically
analysing the previously researched resources both in an academic and business context. In
addition to that, the discussion will evaluate the use as well as the importance of technology
while presenting business communication in this era. At the end of the report, a concise
summary will be included to conclude the main findings of this report.

workplace. While doing so, the key uses, merits, and de-merits are going to be discussed. It
