Group Members
 The business consultancy group is consist of four members and all
of them individually giving their contribution towards the problems
of the clients.
 And collectively, this results in implementing the effective team
spirit.
 The four member of the business consultancy group are X1, X2, X3
& X4.
 The group members are highly accountable in their task.

Introduction
 Business consultancy groups are the service providers.
 They provide the service by giving advice to the different
businesses in order to solve the problems that has been faced
by the businesses.
 This PPT highlights two case study in relation of Fairfield
school of business and London school of science and
technology.
 The members of the group has performed their task
individually in order to show the potential outcome in

Project A
FAIRFIELD OF SCHOOL BUSINESSES
 The organization is established in UK.
 It was ranked 2 for the best value Master's degree. The
main motive of this organization is to provide the high class
services to the students. And make them professionalized.
 The client wants to increase the professional teacher in the
school.
 And, along with this the market share in needed to be
increase.

Competitor Analysis
 In order to stand effectively in competitive scenario, the Fairfield school has to show that
they are different from other institutions. These strategies can be adopted by the institutions:
 Focusing on the individual need of learners as this increases the learning efficiency of the
students
 Experiencing inclusive practices in the schools. So the students can face the fair teaching and
learning process.
 Following the process of curriculum development in the school.
 Applying all the theories, principles and models of teaching and learning concept.
 Providing training to the teachers.
 X2 has done the competitor analysis for the organization and find out the all the strategies
that can help reducing the risk.

Segmentation
 The organization is adding more professional courses in their main course.
 Therefore, the need more professional individuals in order to teach the students. So the
professionalism can be maintained.
 Those individuals who have professional degrees and are expert in their field are the
targeted audience.
 The individuals that holds the professional degrees such as CIMA OR ACCMA are the
targeted audience.
 Number of professionals in the organization will ensure the number of students in the
organization. The targeted market includes the teachers and the students. Appointing the
well- qualifies teachers in the school ensures the well-education to the students.
 X4 has suggested the client to use effective communication tool in order to attract the
recruiters.

Target Audience
 In order to increase the students in the applicants in the institution the organization has
to focus on these things in terms of increasing their market share
 Using of social media platform for connecting with the audience
 Use of advertising.
 Encourage the students for providing the online reviews
 Promotes the video content on social media.
 Promotes the safety of the students.
 Ensures the equal treatment and fair learning to the students.
 X1 founded that, the targeted audience of the organization can be attracted by
performing the inclusive practices.

Positioning
 This helps in determining the positioning of the organization
 The school has the captured share in the market.
 They can maintain their position by implementing extra strategies in order to attract the
large number of students.
 The extra strategy involves adding professionalism in the school and ensuring the
curriculum development to the students.
 X3 found out the position of the organization by performing the deep observation.

Skills, expertise and experience of the team
 Promotes Unity- The business consultancy team promotes the unity. All the group
members coordinates with each other and ensures the team work. As a result, the team
works proven to be much effective.
 Creativity and innovation- The different members of the group uses their creativities
and innovations. And opinion of each member has given the importance. Different
creative opinions from different individuals results in adding lots of creative ideas in the
group.

Project B
LONDON SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
 The institution is famous for providing teaching and shaping
the career of students in effective manner.
 The organization is divided into four campus and providing
efficient teaching and learning tools to its members.
 Currently, the organization is focusing on adding more
professional individuals in order to provide professional
teaching.
 The client focusing on increasing the professional expert in
the school in order to grab larger students
 The client wants to increase the market share,

Competitor Analysis
 The education department has high level of competition. London School Of Science &
technology has already a captured share in the market but still, Maintaining this
captured share and increasing it is the prior thing. In order to prove better from the
competitors the association has to focus on this:
 Focusing on different approaches of learning. So the students can have more ways in
order to learn.
 Encouraging the social discussion in the schools, so the students can enhance their
communication.
 For this case, X3 has taken the responsibility of observing the competitive scenario and
the analysation has been done by X3

Segmentation
 The targeted market of the institution is highly skilled professional expertise in
accounts, management and science.
 Those individuals who have the complete knowledge of technology. So they can use
different software while teaching and adopt different approaches in order to provide
guidance to the students.
 The students who are highly concerned with their career are the targeted audience of
the institution.
 X1 performed the observation of the segmentation for the organization.

Targeting
 In order to capture market share the institution must focus on the digital marketing
tools as the youth is highly addictive to the digital platform. This can be done by:
 Sending emails to the selected audience
 Providing adds on the social media.
 By showing the academic result in front of the audience through online platform.
 Preparing good content in order to upload on social sites.
 Promoting online interaction with the audience.
 X2 conducts the research towards the targeted market of the client and found out the
ways in which the market share can be increased.

Positioning
 It involves targeting the customers and attracting them towards the organization.
 This involves effective strategies that helps in attracting the students towards the
organization
 The strategy involves adding new professionals in the organization who are highly
skilled in their field.
 It also involves, performing the inclusive practices in the organization.
 X4 observed the position of the client in the market and addressed the client about the
extra efforts that can be taken for making position more stable.

Skills, Expertise of the team
 Ability to cop up- The members of the group are highly effective in terms of facing the
challenges and pressures. The business environment is dynamic in nature the business
consultancy group has to be aware about this in order to provide their services to the
different businesses.
 Strategic planning ability- The members are highly intellectual in terms of making
plans. By knowing the problems they easily make the predictions of the future and
focuses on making plans to cop up with the situations.

Conclusion
 The conclusion that has been arrived from this PPT is that, in order to grab large market share in the
educational department.
 The organizations have to focus on increasing the efficiency of teaching and appointing the
professional teachers.
 The professional experts help in providing better education to the students. As a result, the academic
result of the students will become more effective.
 And this enables the institution to have a good image in the market. And large number of students
will get attracts towards the institution and take admissions.
 All the members of the groups has performed their task in effective manner.
