INTRODUCTION In the current scenario the business consultant is defined as the professionals who help in developing the business organisationand its activities sin the effective and efficient way.. the organisation hires the consultancy in order to make the changes within the organisation in order to achieve the goals and objectives in the effective way. This is te individual who is able to perform the activities and identify the critical changes which are required within the business organisation. This is the report which is based on the project conducted for the LSST collage where there is the sue of the social media in order to promote the services of the organisation. This report will include the discussion on the various topic such as various skills which has developed, learning outcomes, level of confidence, how could learning be used in future, job description and CV. MAIN BODY Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project? It is very important that an individual focus on developing the different skill set in order to be effective and efficient while performing the task. There are various skills which I have able to develop during this project which is of the consultant services for the LSST collage which are discussed below; ICTskills-Thisistheskillwhichisrelatedtotheinformationcommunication technology which I was able to develop during this project. This helped me a lot in identifying the different resources which will help in performing the task in the effective and efficient manner. This is the skill which have helped me to improve my knowledge in the technology. Team management skills-This is the skill which I =was able to develop while completingthisprojectwherethemagnetofthedifferentmemberswithinthe organisation was the main task. I was able to manage in the effective and efficient way. Also , I was able to clear them with the instructions performing the task. Communication skillsI was able to develop communication skills in effective way. This means that I was able to communicate with the people in more appropriate way in order to gain the competitive advantage. This was the most important skill for me which i was able to develop in my personal and professional life. 1
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process? There are several aspect in which I was able to gain knowledge and understanding because earlier I was not able to understand the meaning of the consultant and the aspect which I am able to understand after this project. I was able to understand that how the task have to managed in the effective way. Earlier I was not able to perform the task within the limited time frame. But after the process of this project I have understand the important of the time management and how the task can be managed within the team in order to achieve the goals and objectives. I was able to understand how the performance can be improved and this can help in being more understand and how the performance can be measures in order to achieve the success and growth within the organisation. This project have helped me a lot in developing the skills in which I was weak and I need to have improvement. To what extent has your level of confidence improved? The confidence plays a major role in the life of an individual. It is very important for me to develop the level of confidence in order to achieve the goals and objective sin the effective and efficient manner. This plays major role in the personal and professional life for an individual. I was able to develop confidence in performing the task in the most effective way. As this project have helped m,e a lot in developing such confidence within me. From this I was able to communicate with the people in the eff3ective way. Also I was able to influence people and keep my view points in order to bring the change within the project which was assigned to me. From this project I am able to develop in mu personality where before I was not aware of the particular aspect which need to be considered at the time of performing the different task. The confidence have played a major role in performing this task and achieving the goals and objectives. I was able to give new ideas such as introducing the new courses within the LSST collage in order to bring the change and attract students within the organisation. How could you use your learning in your future career? It is observed and identified that the learning plays a major role in the life of an individual where I have able to identified that the skills which I am able to develop and my learnings can be utilised in my future career. This will help me in my professional life. The team management skills and the other learning which is the confidence will help me in achieving the 2
