Introduction
When the small consultant of business to work with their clients on different topics such
as planning, strategy formulating and problem solving and therefore help the client in developing
hi knowledge and skills, the entire process is known as the business consulting. Moreover
business consulting also includes preparation of a market plan or designing a model of business
for the purpose of determining marketing techniques related to using the same and the way the
same has to be used (Arno and Goncharova 2017). Therefore business consulting is a process of
obtaining expert advice from the business consultants related to any field such as management,
law, accountancy or even finance. The Company selected as a client for the purpose of this study
is Bloom and Blossom Company based on Old Arersham. The main aim of the paper is to
discuss about the company under study and identify the problems that are presently being faced
by them, identify the areas of importance for the company and also to identify and list down the
top three issues being faced by the company.

The name of the client company is Bloom and Blossom Company. Bloom and Blossom
Company is a small sized company based in old Amersham. The company is a family run
business providing natural, solution focused, stylish range of skin care products for the mothers
to be, women, babies and also children. Bloom and Blossom is an award winning company since
their products and services conform to all the standards of laboratory testing, are safe and easy to
use and it basically includes nature based products and service as about 97-100% of the products
