INTRODUCTION A business consultation is an individual who provides the accurate suggestion and expertise the decision for a particular business from which the company can be able to make a stable growth. The business consulting has become the major and important factor to implement in the organization for the betterment of the company and business occupation (Hussein, 2020). The two firms named Fairfield school of business and London school of science and technology is facing the issues from which they cannot be able to make a comfortable growth to their business. In this report, will discuss about the business school issues and their different completive and external factor which are creating a huddle for the school business. MAIN BODY Overview of Client - 1 Fairfield School of Business The Fairfield school is providing the vocational courses to their students so that they can be able to increase the knowledge of the people and can also enhance their growth in the particular business. The school is located at the London, United Kingdom. Their main aim and objective is to provide effective and beneficial courses to the students from which they can be able to become a successful person and entrepreneur in their future life. Issues faced by Fairfield The school business is facing the issues as they wanted to provide the effective vocational courses to the students but due to the rising of the competition in the market they are unable to achieve the stable profitable success. The school business is required to focus on their strategies and methods for providing and increasing the number of students in their school business from which they can be able to obtain growth. Accordingly, it has become necessary to evaluate the competition in the market and enhance the services and courses in the definite manner. Target Audience The FSB believes in providing the effective educational courses to the students from which they can be able to increase their knowledge and can get opportunities in the life (Flynn, and Kowalkiewicz, 2018). The FSB focus on their target audience and wanted to give equal and beneficial opportunities by providing the vocational course which will bring effective results to
an individual student. Keeping the target on the student’s education and their learning programs will make the school to increase their number of students because of effective results the FSB school’s students are getting. As the student’s strength increases the school also will get effective profitability and can be able to grow and develop their school business in effective manner. Competition The FSB school is contributing their efforts to provide the effective vocational or business courses to the students and people from which they can be able to increase their knowledge. In this rapid growing world of technology and education there are many new entrants are taking place in the market which is a huge competition of the FSB. It has become difficulty to deal with the new entrants or competitive school business as the new entrant’s people have unique and new ideologies to perform their business activities from which they can be able to attract maximum number of students in their educational school. The huge competition of the FSB is providence college as they are utilizing the number of strategies and different method to approach the students in the definite number and creating a huddle for the FSB (Nissen, and Dittler, 2019). The school has to focus on their strategies and approaching methods so that they also can be able to influence more students in their education firm and can be able to enhance their productivity and college performance. Market As it has been studied above that the Fairfield school is not able to attract the students in their educational firm which is creating a huddle for them but now the school is able to attract the consumers and students by modifying and approaching new strategies in the business. It has been seen that for attracting nd reaching to the new students the school has started to utilise the various digital channels from which now they are able to influence more educators. They can be able to approach the market by keeping segmenting the students by geographically areas will help them to influence more effectively. As, the FSB started using the digital media it has been observed that these channels are helping them to cover the entire market share and serving them in the effective manner. The digitalization is the modern and new way for the marketing of the business occupation just as FSB school has utilized (Klimin, Tikhonov and et.al., 2019). It is important and essential to modify the strategies after the particular time period which will help the particular school business and occupation to retain more people.

Overview of client - 2 London School of Science and Technology The LSST wanted to expand their business so they started to provide the new courses to their educational business which includes the business management, IT and computing, health and social care. The school is located at the London, UK. The college have across 4000 students and has four campuses in their academic sector. The school has aim that providing the different courses to an individual student can be able to grow their career and can obtain the maximum knowledge which will be beneficial for them in the professional life. Issues faced by London school of science and technology As, the school expanded their educational courses in different sectors now they also have to recruit the people for educating the new courses to the students (Lee, and Cho, 2020). The school HR is facing the problem to recruit the suitable employee or educator for their educational business. The school wants a suitable and appropriate qualified staff for educating the students in effective from which they can be able to develop their school name and fame in the definite manner which will also result them to increase the number of students in their school. Target Audience The LSST is to provide new courses for the students from which they can be able to improve the number of students in their education department. The LSST is a private college and mainly target on the teenage student’s satisfaction which can be done by providing them different courses from which they do not have to search for another institute for their interested subjects (Yang, Liao, and et.al., 2019). They wanted to improve their students number of scale as from which they can be able to obtain higher profitability and growth to the school business. Their target is to provide the effective lectures to the students and beneficial program of different courses which will help the students in their future career. Competition The LSST is one of the leading private education institute at the Unite Kingdom. Also, they have a good experience in this particular market filed. The educational business is not so much affecting from the new launching institutes and their rivalry competition but they are getting difficulty in recruiting process of the suitable staff for their new courses. The another school business has the effective HR management from which they are not having any issue
regarding to selecting and recruiting process but the LSST HR management is dealing with obstacles at the time of recruitment from which they are getting huge competition in the recruitment of the suitable staff. The LSST HR requires to improve their strategies from which they can be able to recruit and hire the appropriate applicant for the school. Market According to the market view, it has been observed that the LSST business school needs to focus on their HR strategies from which they can be able to recruit the people or staff in the effective manner (Jacková, 2019). The issue has been raised that they are not able to find out the appropriate staff and educator to teach the new courses adopted by the school so they are unable to accelerate their business growth in the correct manner. As, they are expanding their business by increasing the number of courses they are required to develop new strategies by utilizing the different resources such as direct advertising, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and social media platform. It has gone necessary for finding out professionals and well educated people to educate the new courses to the students from which an individual student can be able to obtain the good results from which it also develop the number of students in their institute which definitely affects the school business in the fruitful manner. CONCLUSION In this report, it has been concluded the two different business who is individually facing with their issues and not able to perform well in the market field. It detailed two of the firms in a well manner way from which an individual can understand the major issues the firm are dealing with. The report has analysed the competition, target audience and external factor as market of the two firm in an individual way from which it can be understood the major obstacles.
